Q: Why does is a group of assets returned as "unavailable" when almost all of the assets within the group are returned as "available"?

A: A group of assets cannot be cleared for use if one or more of the assets within the group are unavailable for the specified use. For example, if image and text assets are grouped together to represent components of a book title, then the resulting group will be sold or distributed as a single unit. If, say, one picture within the book is not licensed for use, then the entire group, or the book itself, will violate the terms of use for that one picture. Therefore, the entire group is unavailable for use because one or more of the assets within it are restricted from use.
